Resolution of July 20, 2023, of the Secretary of State for Public Function, which calls for aptitude tests for access to the profession of Administrative Manager.
The BOE dated July 27, 2023, publishes the Resolution of July 20, 2023, of the Secretary of State for Public Function, by which aptitude tests are called for access to the profession of Administrative Manager
As indicated in said resolution, those who, on the expiration date of the application submission period, meet the following requirements may attend the aptitude tests:
a) Have Spanish citizenship or one of the following States:
– Member states of the European Union.
– States signatories to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
– States that grant reciprocity of academic titles and professional rights to Spanish citizens.
– In the case of citizenship of other States, applicants must prove their residence permit in Spain.
b) Being of legal age.
c) Not having been separated by disciplinary proceedings from the service of any of the Public Administrations, nor found to be disqualified from performing public functions, within the scope of any of the Member States of the European Union, from the other signatories of the Agreement on the European Economic Area or the countries with which there are reciprocity agreements.
d) Be in possession of any of the following academic titles:
– Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economic Sciences, Business Sciences or Political Sciences established by article 6.e. of Decree 424/1963, of March 1, approving the Organic Statute of the profession of Administrative Manager.
– Bachelor’s degree in the field of Economic and Business Sciences, Law and Political Sciences that succeeded them in the defunct Catalog of Official University Degrees of Spain.
– University Master’s Degree implemented under Royal Decree 1393/2007, of October 29, assigned to the branch of knowledge of Social and Legal Sciences and linked to the disciplinary scope of one of the degrees required by the Organic Statute.
– Official university degree obtained in other states that accredits its equivalence to the MECES 3 level and its approval with respect to any of the previous degrees.
Therefore, those people who were exclusively in possession of a Degree would not be admitted.
The submission of applications may be carried out by any of the following procedures:
a) Presentation on paper:
Those who wish to take part in the aforementioned aptitude tests will sign the corresponding application, addressed to His Excellency President of the General Council of Official Colleges of Administrative Managers of Spain, in accordance with the model included in Annex I.
The application form will be provided free of charge by the General Council of Official Colleges of Administrative Managers of Spain (Calle Mayor, No. 58, 28013 Madrid) and by the Official Colleges of Administrative Managers. This application form appears at the end of this section and on the Website of the General Council of Administrative Managers (https://www.consejogestores.org). Applications will be submitted at the headquarters of the General Council of Official Colleges of Administrative Managers of Spain (Calle Mayor, No. 58, 28013 Madrid) or at the Official Colleges of Administrative Managers or through the Post Offices, by certified delivery.
b) Telematic presentation:
Applications may be submitted electronically through the website of the General Council of Administrative Managers (https://www.consejogestores.org)
Applications must be submitted within a period of two months, starting from the day following the publication of this call in the “Official State Gazette.”
Applications for admission must be accompanied by proof of having paid the amount of one hundred euros, for the preparation of the file and examination fees, stating the full name of the person who is going to take the tests, and a photocopy of the DNI.
Said payment must be made by transfer to the current account of the General Council of Official Colleges of Administrative Managers of Spain that appears in the official application model, which must be validated by the banking entity in which the deposit is made, through mechanical certification. or, where appropriate, by means of a seal and authorized signature thereof, in the space provided for these purposes.
The entrance exam will consist of completing a multiple choice exercise of 250 questions and a practical case.
The deadline for submitting applications for the tests ends on September 28, 2023. After this date, the BOE tests for access to the profession of administrative manager are published provisional numbers of admitted and not admitted, as well as the date and place of these tests. The information with the list of the admitted people will also be published on the General Council website.
It is recalled that, as in previous years, the General Council makes available to applicants a preparation tool for multiple choice tests. If you are interested in this test-type tool and to be able to register it, you must make a deposit in the amount of 110 euros in the Banco Santander account: ES95 0049.4695.8023.16019118 Proof of said deposit must be sent by e-mail to the following email: informacion@ advicegestores.net, indicating in said email the name and ID of the person who will access this program. Once receipt of proof of said payment, you will be sent the web address and passwords to access the computer program. It is reported that said application is closed once the tests are carried out.
