How to become a gestor administrativo
To become a Gestor Administrativo you must:
- Be of legal age.
- Be Spanish or a foreigner resident in Spain from a country that grants reciprocity of qualifications and categories.
- Not have been sentenced to penalties that disqualify you from the exercise of public functions.
- Apply for the title of “Gestor Administrativo”.
- Be a member of any of the “Colegios Oficiales de Gestores Administrativos” in Spain.
- Pass the required entrance exams or the Official University Master's Degree in “Gestión Administrativa”, recognised by the “Consejo General de Colegios de Gestores Administrativos de España”.
MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Once you have passed the qualifying exams or the Master’s Degree in Gestión Administrativa recognised by the Consejo General de Colegios de Gestores Administrativos de España, you can apply for the Official Title of Gestor Administrativo. This application can be done through our Association or directly to the Consejo General.
To do so, the following must be submitted:

- National Identity Card, or other document proving identity and nationality.
- In the case of having passed the Official University Master's Degree in Gestión Administrativa, a certified photocopy of said Diploma or the provisional supplementary certificate that has the same legal value as the former and which includes the number of the National Register of Official University Graduates signed by the Dean. Likewise, a certificate from the University certifying that the external internships have been carried out in person at a Gestor Administrativo’s Office, indicating the name of the member and tutor of said internships, as well as a certificate from the Official Body certifying that the internship tutor is a registered member, indicating their membership number.
- In the case of having passed the professional entrance exams, a certified photocopy of the University Qualification required for admission to these exams or the provisional supplementary certificate that has the same legal value as the former and which includes the number of the National Register of Official University Graduates signed by the Dean. When this degree has been issued abroad, the accreditation certificate must be provided. In the case of foreigners residing in Spain from third countries, accreditation of the reciprocity of degrees and rights with their State of origin must be provided.
- Proof of payment of the fee for the issuing of the Diploma in the amount of 150 euros, to be paid to the account of the Consejo General de Gestores Administrativos. Concept: Name and surname and "Titulo de Gestor".
Once this documentation has been correctly verified, the Consejo General will issue the Certificado Único de Expedición del Título de Gestor Administrativo (CUE) and subsequently issue the Título Oficial de Gestor Administrativo. With either of these documents, the interested party may apply for membership of our Professional Association.
Requirements for joining the association as a practising member:
- Application addressed to the President, requesting admission (download model).
- Birth certificate.
- Gestor Administrativo Title.
- Application for membership in the Mutualidad General de Previsión de los Gestores Administrativos or accreditation of being affiliated to the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA).
- Criminal record certificate.
- Tenancy contract for the premises or lease or, in the case of ownership, the title deed.
- Certificate of registration as a resident in the municipality.
- Three passport-size photographs.
- Photocopy of ID card.
- Proof of payment of the membership fee of 200 euros, to be paid into account number ES63 0182 4900 9002 0201 8501 (Beneficiary: Colegio Oficial de Gestores Administrativos de Baleares. Concept: Name and surname and "Membership Fees").
Once incorporated, you must provide the Civil Liability Insurance and I.A.E. registration.
* Fees for practising members: 60.70€ / quarter.
Requirements for non-practising members

- Gestor Administrativo Title.
- Criminal record certificate.
- Three passport-size photographs.
- Photocopy of ID card.
- Proof of payment of the membership fee of 200 euros, to be paid into account number ES63 0182 4900 9002 0201 8501 (Beneficiary: Colegio Oficial de Gestores Administrativos de Baleares. Concept: Name and surname and "Membership Fees").
* Non-practising member fees: €18.00 / quarter.
